This year’s General Assembly will begin on the 17th of November and end on the 22nd at the Ellen Johnson- Sirleaf Ministerial Complex in Monrovia, Liberia, under the theme: “Innovative Financing and Sustainability of Road Infrastructure in the Face of Climate and Mobility Challenges in Africa”. The theme of this year conference dissent road infrastructure financing as a key driver of the African continent’s development and economic integration.
